Young women are getting even stronger this summer with Briana Weber at Vital Fit Club.
Twelve participants are spending eight weeks focusing on the foundations of strength training. Skills like squats, deadlifts, and functional movements to strengthen ankles, knees, hips, and glutes will be highlighted.
In addition to fun and friends, the program offers an opportunity to increase athletic abilities, prevent injuries, and learn and practice healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
