You bet! All of our locker rooms come with personal lockers, showers, toiletries, and hair dryers! But be sure to bring your own lock for additional security.

Yup! The gym floor is available throughout the schedule of classes and training groups.
Our treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, rowers, free weights, cable crosses, rings, ropes, and boxes are open for your exercise pleasure.
Yes! Our spacious private lot is free to use and is located to the east of our front door.
Nope! Feel free to come and go as you like. Please be mindful though, spots can fill up.
Most prefer cycle shoes, but they are not a requirement. SPD clips and cages are equipped on all bikes. Cycle shoes are not available for rent.

Typically, no. However, if you are new to specific types of classes (like Cycle or Yoga), we recommend coming in 15 minutes early to your first class to familiarize yourself with everything.
